About the project
Klimashkina 7/11 is a deluxe class clubhouse in the historical center of Moscow. The project was created on the site of the Niernsee architect’s house, while preserving the wall of the first Moscow «cloud cutter» from 1905, integrated into modern architecture designed by Sergei Choban and the Kleinewelt bureau.
