7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing
Personal data processing is carried out with the consent of the data subject or on other lawful grounds provided by Russian legislation.
8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, and Transfer of Personal Data
The Operator implements all necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to ensure personal data security.
Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties except as required by law or with explicit consent.

8.10. Use of Web Analytics Services
The website uses Yandex Metrica, provided by YANDEX LLC (Russia).
