Dom na Chasovoy is a premium—class chamber residential complex with fundamental architecture.
The architecture was designed by MATCH Bureau: a neoclassical silhouette, seven low-rise sections and two dominants with heights of 13 and 22 floors. Each building has an individual facade with pylons, rustication and advanced plastics made of fiber-reinforced concrete, resistant to precipitation and wear.
The layouts have a wide range of formats: apartments from 28.2 to 166.7 m2 with high ceilings up to 7.6. On the upper levels there are penthouses with terraces, increased floor height and panoramic views.
