The mansion in Potapovsky Lane is a unique house, the historical architectural appearance of which has been restored in detail.
The building is based on stone chambers of the XVII-XVIII centuries, which were later bought by the Apricot family of manufacturers.
The house offers 27 apartments ranging from 65 to 350 m2. As a result of the reconstruction, the interior of the Apricot apartment and other rooms was recreated.
