About the project
The residential complex «SOLOS» consists of two towers with a height of 41 and 49 floors, located on a stylobate. The project was developed by the architectural bureau Kleinewelt Architekten.
The complex offers a wide range of planning solutions, from cozy studios to exclusive apartments with panoramic views. The area varies from 29 to 153 m2, and the windows offer scenic views of Sokolniki Park.
The special feature of the project is its unique shape. One tower has a round base, the other has a spiral base. From the 10th floor, they both move into a strict geometry.
